About the Founder

Aastha Pandey specialises in strategy for deep-tech ventures. Over 12+ years at Accenture Ventures, Lowe’s Innovation Labs and Wipro, she led partnerships and worked with start-ups to refine their business models and build go-to-market and partnership strategies. Through Inflecta Consulting, she now advises early-stage companies on go-to-market and product-market fit.

Alongside her practice, Aastha holds a PhD in Management and has been a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow. Her research examines how AI and IoT ventures build legitimacy with customers, partners and investors, as well as open-innovation intermediaries and technology adoption among SMEs. She brings a pragmatic, outcomes-first approach: clarifying positioning and building the operating rhythm that turns promising technology into a scalable business.
